Employee Training in the Workplace: The Case of a Private Hospital in Attica, Greece

This study investigates the impact and advantages of on-the-job training within organizations, with a particular focus on a case study of a major private hospital in Attica. It begins with the purpose of the research followed by literature review. The methodology section elaborates on the selection of the research method. Finally, it analyzes the outcomes from surveys conducted with many hospital employees, offering a detailed assessment of the real-world application of on-the-job training. The results showed that the training of employees in the workplace is an important means for the development and success of an organization, but also for its establishment in the area in which it operates.
