Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the links between shared leadership and learning. The method of this study is an integrative review that combines the results and findings of chosen studies focusing on the keyword "shared leadership" from the Scopus database and their relations to learning. As a result, this paper presents three basic topics – shared leadership as a stimulus for training and development, shared leadership as an incentive for learning and a summary of conditions supporting the relationship between shared leadership and learning.
