The International Conference on AI Research (previously called the European Conference on the Impact of AI and Robotics) is a conference that follows research looking at the development and implentation of artificial intelligence in eduction, business an society in general.

ICAIR has a broad scope, inviting researchers to publish on both the technology and its consequences on knowledge work and society. Papers cover a number of approaches from the future of the professions; through knowledge networks enabled by cognitive computing and other technologies; education issues; collaborative robots; ever-more autonomous machines and their relationship with humans.

The International Conference on AI Research is developing into a key forum where natural scientists, social scientists and philosophers come together to envision the future of society in the context of AI.

ICAIR 2024 is being held on 5-6 December in Lisbon, Portugal.
