Abstract

Increasingly, services and products are infused with artificial intelligence features. This paper addresses the blurred boundary between human and artificial intelligence. It looks at how AI could or could not execute what appears as uniquely human intelligence. Through a series of qualitative research interviews with AI, our findings imply entrepreneurial opportunities for SMEs and tech startups serving ‘AI tech markets’.
