This paper addresses the persistent 'structural hole' between the academic domains of Organizational Learning (OL) and Knowledge Management (KM) by proposing a unified, multi-layered sociotechnical architecture. Following the track-CFP on AI and Digitalization in a Changing Business World, the research moves beyond technological hype to demonstrate how sophisticated digital architectures can mirror and scale cognitive structures. By integrating Crossan's classic 4I learning framework and Jones's and Macpherson's 5I extension into an eight-stage continuum running from I0 Ideating to I7 Intersecting, the paper maps these phases across a 12-Slot-Workflow ensuring that fluid grassroots knowledge exploration can occur without inducing systemic oscillation or cascading collapse. By consolidating knowledge across progressing ‘I0-I7-bytes' in analogy to Cesar Hidalgo’s notion of person-, firm-, and network-bytes, the generic approach is applied to three complementing operational tracks supporting a Memetic Digital Twin (MDT) environment: a conventional OL/KM flow, a personal knowledge worker's authorship cycle (sensemaking), and a community platform's curation cycle (sensegiving). Grounded in Design Science Research (DSR), the paper introduces this differentiation as the RUNGS-Ontology (Relational Universal Networked Generative Scaling) operationalized as an Adaptive Management Framework for facilitating digital leadership with a traceable, cybernetic system engine.
